If restitution has been ordered in a criminal case, the court would have directed where to make payment. Otherwise, you can make payment at the clerk's window on the main floor. A defendant may also be directed by a probation officer where to make payment, if on formal probation. I'm assuming this is a criminal case as you are referencing restitution and not a civil judgment from a civil case.
