Ordered a hot-n-ready at 4pm on-line. Didn't get my pizza until 5:05. People came in & out & they still couldn't produce my pizza while i stood there & waited. Blamed it on the computer, but they still made me stand there & wait!!!...they gave me a free drink for my inconvenience 🤦‍♀️

It's a $5 pizza. Nobody should ever complain about that. What nobody ever talks about or appreciates is how hard those people work there. It can't be easy keeping up with the demand on limited staff there. Yeah yeah yeah, everywhere is short staffed, I get that. Not many other places are making hundreds of pizzas an hour and getting yelled at over not being able to keep up.

First off they let somebody who wasn't affiliated with doordash walk out with my order then upon the redelivery they were out of Italian cheese bread all the stock is ginger ale and root beer for 2 l and they can't get it together overall just poor management and employees. I'll just go to bourbonnais at least I know my order will be right there.

Every single time my husband orders from here there's something wrong with the pizza. How can they look at this and said it was ok to leave the restaurant? Come on man!
