Busse & Rieck made a beautiful arrangement for the funeral. We ordered the peace Lily plant and it was so nice. Will definitely use them again for every occasion.

So I oredered flowers a couple days in advance for Valentine's day they told me to give them a work address rather then a home address so the flower's can be delivered early and because it was close to them i called around noon time and they said the flower's had still not gotten out so I gave them her home address so i waited at her house all night no call no show not even a PHONE CALL even though they asked for mine and her phone number's they told me the next day they tried delivering them to the business address and i told them i called you guys to give her home address i guess but i guess there is no management there and nobody cares they also told me "we had 600 order's to deliver and only 3 driver's again what kind of management takes in all these order's knowing they can't deliver I WILL NEVER USE THESE PEOPLE AGAIN !!!!!

Everytime we order flowers online they use Busse & Rieck Flowers. The flowers never look the the picture are half the size. We upgraded and this is what we get. Not even close. Petals are already falling off. Our 10 year anniversary you substuted Cala Lillies for regular lillies and still charged the 120 dollars for cheaper lillies. You add more fillers than flowers. Its insane. 69 dollars and we get a bouquet that looks like it was put together by a 5 year old. Half the flowers. I should of went to a grocery store and picked something out. Would of been better. This was for my daughter's graduation. You guys should be ashamed, cheating people. I'd give a 0 if I could. I expect a response as my wife is contacting Teleflora to complain. Please email [email protected]. I understand things need to be substituted but this is ridiculous.
