We recently had a party there for my 4 year old and I was disappointed. My daughter had a blast there before so figured it would be great to have her party there but I would not recommend it for a party event. Pros: everything was set up and was able to get another platter upon request. Cons: the Staff is very young and do not really seem to care about how they "host" - use word loosely, an event. Had to ask for things quite a few times. They were not attentive to the schedule i.e cake cutting and food. A time was given but I had to remind them more than once that we were ready. Most importantly, Flippo the Hippo was a mess! The costume kept falling off so the person left and came back but wasn't any better. He kinda just turned around a few times to a song and then wanted to leave but we stopped him to at least take pictures by the cake, which you can tell it is not what they usually do which is very disappointing. The Hippo had ZERO hype he was so dull that I felt bad for the kids. The room was very small and hot. It felt really closed in and not enough room for even 8 adults at a time. The kids had a great time but I as a parent I would not recommend this place for a party.

The price was reasonable, the room for the separate party was clean and well organized. The play area was also clean and the staff there was nice but the bathroom smelled like marijuana and I wasn’t pleased with that. My 2 year old son stumbled a little bit after being in there for 5 minutes, I had to change his diaper. I did it briefly to escape from the scent I was dissatisfied and disappointed because it’s supposed to be a child zone so why was someone even allowed to smoke in the bathroom, let alone marijuana.

Great location to take your kids! The admission allows your kids to play all day long which is amazing, the arcade games are very fun and enjoyable. The food is great especially the sushi, one of the best sushi places that I have been to in my life. The employees are very polite and patient which is great for the kids.

The games are relatively new, but the place is filthy and the bathroom is horrible and the employees do not clean but sit foot on foot or feet on the table and on the phone. The coffee is nice and at least one positive thing. The door of the games for the little ones up to the age of 3 does not close, this means that everyone who goes out does not close and the small children can open the door and escape. No sins in the devices you will bring with you. The staff at Fort Luterdale are nicer and the place there is cleaner and with the truth being told there are more games there
