I have been assisting my husband with his medical appointments since his injury at work. His job directed him here for his injuries. Each time we have come, the office staff has been very professional and polite in person and on the phone. We have seen Dr. Chapnik along with Lopez and Espinosa. All had great bedside manners and were very attentive. Dr. Chapnik is always very attentive, detailed and shows fantastic patient to doctor attention. He is fantastic. This is so unlike most doctors in any other specialty. His demeanor and kindness help make you feel a little better, even if your injuries are still causing discomfort. He is funny, personable and courteous. He is a role model for other doctors to follow. If no other patients say it, thank you for what you do and handling your patients the way you do. It is clear that being a great doctor is his calling and am so glad he answered.

My visit with Dr. Bernard Chapnik has earned a 5 star rating. His bedside manners are excellent. I'm always nervous when visiting the Doctor's office but he made me feel relaxed. He gave me suggestions on earning discounts on my daily medications, he seemed to be very knowledgeable about his profession, he explained everything in details about what he was doing, and gave suggestions on how to correct my health issues that I'm experiencing that was outside of my reason for the visit. I truly enjoyed my experience and would recommend him in a heartbeat.

Excellent staff from start to finish al professional and courteous. Nursing staff was always friendly and made the effort to get you seen by the Doctor in timely fashion. Dr. Lopez was down to earth with great bedside manners and straight to the point with his physical assessment. Last but not least the Physical therapy team Mike and Javier. They are truly masters at their profession and have the passion and work ethics to do what they do best. Javier surpassed my expectations as a P.T.A, always professional with an upbeat attitude and willing to go the extra mile for me to have a speedy and comfortable recovery.
