This is the second time I rent at this location and I'm very happy with the staff here. Ely has been an Amazing asset at this storage facility so when I see some of these negative comments twords this location is hard to believe. There is policies and rules that some seem to not be happy with and want to give a negative point of view. I can testify that the service is amazing the property is always clean and that I've been a witness to how these clients treat the staff wrongfully. OVERALL I love this extraspace location in wynwood.

Ely and Milena were great. We came in and very quickly walked out with a good storage unit at a good price. The facility seemed clean with ample security features. We are looking forward to storing some items here long term.

I have been storing here since they opened, they have increase the price like 40% and the service has decreased like 100%, there are homeless living in the storages units and is dirty and smells horrible, the management answer is "we think they live here" but haven't been able to confirm, it is scary to come and open my storage when my storage neighbor lives there and keeps the hallway all to himself. Poor Management!
