I arrived at my appointment to discover there was a mistake made regarding the appointment and procedure I anticipated having. Lisa worked with me to find a way to take care of the procedure I anticipated having and was very understanding of my situation and the circumstances. I am very grateful I was scheduled with Lisa as I don't know if any of the other doctors would have taken care of me like Lisa did. I am extremely happy with Lisa and would highly recommend her to any other patients!

Dr. Giovanielli is wonderful. I was seen for skin basal cell carcinoma. She determined that the site needed a small surgical procedure. Normally, another appointment would be needed as the first visit is a short assessment. But I explained that I'm caregiver for a disabled relative and it's hard for me to get out of the house. So she graciously took extra time and performed the procedure right then and there. I'm so grateful to have completed everything in one visit, even though I probably made some other patient wait a few minutes. She tries to stay on schedule, but I'm grateful that she took extra time with me.

This practice cancelled my appointment while I was in the middle of treatment for cancer. It seems they thought because I changed my PCP, my insurance had changed. It had not. Three days after refusing to treat me for post-op issues and removal of another carcinoma, they called to tell me to go ahead and make a new appointment. Ick. I won't be going back there ever.
