This place came in very handy while in our time of need. My 1st go around took 2.5 hours to get through everything and that blew an appointment I had planned, but it was worth it. Everyone was so kind!,

I went to this building bcz I had read on Facebook that there was gonna be a representative from Jefferson County Social Services there that afternoon to help with the application process for SNAP & Medicaid benefits, and this location is a lot closer than going out to the Social Services office in Golden. The whole process of filling out the application for SNAP was so much easier & quicker going here bcz there wasn't a lot of people &/or screaming kids running around & getting into things. At this appointment I also had my interview & was told that she would know the next day whether I would get expedited SNAP benefits & she told me she would call me by the end of the next day to let me know if I had qualified or not. She did call me the next day to let me know the decision which I was grateful for.

I would like to know too
Well Yes they have Fruit & Veggies but its hit n miss on what's available as to what you may need . Freshness varies Every time I've been there the bananas are all almost blavk. Good for banana bread but not eating raw. Not for me. When I get fruit if not eaten in 2 days it goes bad - FAST. Not sure why I've tried keeping in Fridge or on table neither helps so get what you want but be sure it will be eaten within 2 days
Arvada Residents only. Jeffco Action center in Lakewood, if your in Jefferson county
Yes. Give them a call they have parimiters on where you live. I live in Wheatridge and I'm within who they serve. So it may be possible. When u call just say you want to see if you are in the area they service. Hope they can help you.
I think they do. They give out frozen meats. To be sure just give them a call and ask. If no one is available leave a message and they will get back to you. Hope this helps.
The best way to make sure that they are open is to call them.
I don't know. Never walked around the building.
