Attempted to bring back my amazon package, charged me to print a label instead of accepting my barcode. Then, the other associate made comments about how I should have read the directions (clearly states print to ship from home OR bring to the store for drop off with barcode). The store owner, Lisa, was a foot away and did not say anything about the disrespect from this employee. Poor business practices to be scared to redirect your employees. I suggest doing your business elsewhere.

35 minutes driving to this UPS location. Only to be told I must have a printed label and they do not print labels for customers. (See screen shot from Amazon saying the opposite). Called 2 other UPS stores much further away and they said they absolutely would make the return WITHOUT the need to print a label beforehand. The only reason I went to this UPS vs other Amazon return options was due to me not needing to print a label ahead of time. "Is it possible to scan the code from my phone to make a label?" "Nah... ." Nice effort.
