The supply problem is from the cultivators, not the dispensaries. Once more recreational cultivation licenses are issued things should catch back up.
I'm from Oregon but was visiting Illinois and visited this dispensary. Until supply goes up, prices will be higher for a while. They may play with the taxes for a while too until they figure things out. We had a surplus here for a while and prices dropped a lot. Now things are pretty consistent.
As of right now, they have NO Cannabis Flower for recreational purchases... Such a shame, but it's the same at Rise and 3C in Joliet.

I gotta point out that you don't pay their gas or electric bill and considering that you're inside not getting snowed or rained on you are protected from the elements. If your cold, wear proper winter gear considering the time of the year and the state you live in. Place your order ahead and you'll be in and out...
Cash is what I prefer to use, but you can go through the CANPAY app. You have to go through a sync process with a debit card account. It takes two business days and a couple verification and security e-mails
