Well-maintained. However, the wheelchair accessible bathroom was tiny. As a wheelchair user, I’d appreciate if a rest area which claimed it was wheelchair accessible had a stall which could comfortably fit a wheelchair. I just recently stopped at several Iowa rest areas, and they had big stalls so it’s very possible. I’m disappointed in the state of Illinois.
