Place was a dive. Had no TV manager promised to return with cable and never did. People in and out all night long. Making a lot of noise and drama. Took 20min plus to get hot water to shower.

Even though the management is new to this location only 7 months in they have turned this place around it still has some work but by far an improvement on the upkeep and maintenance of these facilities staff was very kind and welcoming. They accommodated our needs and even gave us suggestions for other services that may fit our demographics. These are some wise and savvy business owners. If you're looking for a quick simple stay with no hassle, this is the place. Better hurry they fill up fast we were lucky to get the last room but you may not be as lucky ... P. S. Raj was amazing thank you!!

The couple who run it are kind and care about others. They always make sure to keep it clean and safe. I will always recommend this spot to anyone. Plus it's close to UCD and down town is right down the street. Love it

It's l not the highlight of any day, it's not worth $95.00 + $5. Sm dog, $20. Med/LG dog per day, the floors aren't clean, tub has funk from how ever many people before me used it,😝YUCK! On top of all that the manager expects you to keep it clean so that she doesn't have to do anything hard or time consuming!
