Pods arrioved late and I was charged 2 rather large extra charges that I was told would be removed but as of now have not. Unfortunate that I have to rate low but it seems we were overcharged and no one has done anything about it...Be aware of this when booking ask overall charges....

Finally got our POD on the 3rd try (19 days late) - 1st time shipper canceled after 7 days, 2nd time PODS sent wrong container. Customer service reps gave us false promises that we'd receive our POD the next day (it would be another 2 weeks). The one bright spot was the local warehouse manager, Brian. He was honest, timely and a joy to work with.

Depends on POD size, length of rental and distance it will be moved from point A to delivery point B. Also depends on if they store it or you leave it on your property.

Great question, Gina! We can place a container on the street, but a permit may be required. If we're aware of regulations in your area, you'll be informed at the time you place your order.
