Used them for a move within Philly last week. Sent two untrained movers who proceeded to destroy my daughter's bed, sofa chair and wall in her new apartment. These are the worst movers that I've ever used. Completely incompetent and dishonest. Beware!!!

The worst experience I ever had with a moving company. If you want a reliable company, this is not the one for you. I was promised a day and time for moving. I did called the day before to confirm, they did not know what I was taking about and said ok here is a link for payment. I always get a confirmation phone call from the moving companies. I called again to confirm, and said oh we can’t do it tomorrow morning, how about later in the day. The was the only time I can do it. When I got upset, the person on the phone was very rude and then said don’t lecture me. Dude, if you can’t run a business, don’t have a business. If you are not good in customer service, do not work with the public. I had to change my flight and stay one more day because of your company. Do not waist our time or money.
