I have been a patient here for a little minute. I must agree with others, Most of the front staff are just rude. However they do change quite a bit which tells me there is a problem. The medical assistants come and go as well but this because are interns. The atmosphere reminds me of a health store not a doctors office. Personally, I have never seen Angeli Aikey except for passing by in the hallways and out and about. I have not paid attention to how my visits are charged so I don’t know if my insurance has ever been charged for a visit with her. Technically I have been a patient of Shawna Doran, ARNP for several years. Shawna is amazing. She will tell you what you need to hear not what you want to hear. She goes above and beyond to get you as healthy as medically possible. She cares about her patients. She is the only reason I gave this office 3 stars.

Didn't want to look into my issues and put me into a class i didn't want to be a part of instead. I have endometriosis. Not helpful.

We have had constant problems with the office being Rude and insulting when trying to pick up Supplements. We don't feel they're worth it and we'll keep getting a new physician as soon as we can. Looking now

My elderly mother is a patient of Dr. Akey. She has convinced my mother to not get a COVID-19 vaccine, incorrectly telling her that it alters DNA, an easy-to-debunk, QAnon conspiracy theory. She has pushed my mother further off the edge psychologically as a result. This is NOT a good doctor. She promotes her book to patients constantly and encourages those on a fixed income to purchase hundreds of dollars in herbs and supplements per month. Can I get a woo woo. Edit: I'm back here 10 months later, unfortunately, to tell you that the situation has grown dire. Dr. Akey has put my mother on a dangerous cleanse (for which Akey profits by selling her the products by the way). This cleanse is dangerous. She has my mother drinking one liter of unpasteurized apple juice every day-- my mom is diabetic and has a low-functioning kidney!!! This is potentially deadly. The doctor is very aware of my mother's conditions. I've complained to the state before, but I'm going back to do it again. This is crazy. Bottom line, though: Dr. Akey profits from all of it. So that is why she does she endangers the lives of her patients.
