I notmally praise Publix for their polite professionalism but they left me out to dry by not filling my prescription and when they had time Friday and Saturday. It was a Holiday the following Monday so i had to endure a long weekend with no medicine. Kept me from being able to participate in any of the planned activities.

By far, the best customer service I've ever had. Personable, courteous & professional staff without judgement or problems.

This publix is a joke. Their SEAFOOD department doesn't know how to "steam" oysters. They needed a "code"? It take 5 to 10mins to steam depending on how well done you want them. Don't put something in the display case of you can't cook it. Shannon the grocery manager is un professional. Annnnd... there pharmacy is biased. Bleeeeeehhhhhhh
