Excellent customer service and pharmacist is always so helpful. Prescriptions always ready in a timely manner. Love the text reminders and pay by app.

Their nice... The current team is definitely better than the ones at Tower Square!... Although they're not very good at acknowledging you there either! Have a lot of youth working at the time and I remember working for Publix we had was a rule if someone was within six feet you would speak you, would greet saying hello, let me know if you need anything!? Now they put their heads down and try to run away, but that's the youth some of the management are like! That especially at Tower square. For example I was shopping for some fresh made salads and deli sliders in the deli case, there was a staff member look like a manager.... unpacking boxes I guess he was a bit irritated. He wanted me to move around but didn't know how to politely say it or whatever! He didn't greet me or say ANYTHING. Later as I was taking a photo or something he asked me could he help me? On my way out the door! It was crazy. It seemed like he knew what he was doing.... you couldn't speak to me when I was almost in your personal space but now when I'm heading out the door you want to ask me what's wrong? Anyways I'll just deal with this one over here....

I have had issues with other pharmacies (namely cvs) for years, and Publix pharmacy, at least this location, is so amazing, I rarely run into issues here, when other places can easily give you issues every single month... love the friendliness and actual competence that just can’t be matched around here in my experience. Appreciate these people so much!
