Great gravel bike riding trail. A mix of surfaces to keep it interesting. Remote so pack well. Easy to tie in Swatara and gravel roads through IndianTown gap.
Coming Judgement
Muddy. Trail is mainly dirt so it is prone to variable conditions. Better for walking than cycling.

Worst rail trail we have ever biked. It is so stony with big rocks. Very hard to bike on. Not relaxing as you must hold tightly onto your handle bars. Trail needs tons of maintenance. Huge tree branch blocks the trail just before the end. We will never ever ride this trail again.

I was wondering the same thing. The gold mine gate is about a mile from it but I could not find a trail that heads that direction.
