The last few times I've been in this store, I've encountered problems with items with no SKUs! I bought something the other day where they substituted a SKU for a similar item that was more expensive, when asked how to fix it, they said, bring back your receipt. A receipt for an item with no SKU? Come on Smart and Final, get your act together, you're not being smart, and soon it may be my final visit.
