I'm not sure why Michael would lie, when people come to wash clothes, they will see the homeless hanging out inside. Pretty sure that's a paid comment. I've contacted management about the homeless situation and nothing being done at night with the on staff worker. Old staff used yo keep them out. Maybe it's a wage issue, anyone would work at current legal rate. The owner also claims staff is bilingual, not true, I had a major issue and could not communicate with night attendant. I also called number posted inside and never heard back from anyone.

I love that this place is 24hrs. Its perfect for me to come in the middle of the night to avoid the day time heat. There's an attendant there that keeps the place clean all the time. Prices are reasonable. Machines are all functional and well kept. This is definitely my go to place to wash.
