Does not care about customers, super outdated software (cannot do apple pay.) I asked to do a refund on charges I DID NOT MAKE, and they just emailed back and said there was nothing that they could do about it.

This bank branch overdrafted my account without my permission or knowledge. Now they are trying to get $2000 out of me for a mistake they made. Not good business practice. Closed my account.
