Really challenging to get a bagel. The order was wrong. Lines out the door. Uncomfortable atmosphere. Not sure why it was so hard in the morning. Im from NY. It should be fast and correct in the morning. Also don't work there if stress is a problem for you. People are stressful. They want bagels and to run to work. Last thing they need is an expensive incorrect order

I shop at Western Bagel quite often at different locations for my job and meeting.....I called this location to place an order for pickup in the early morning to make is easy so things can be ready...I confirmed the price and asked about the amount of cream cheese for my order....I was told that it comes with two (2) big tubs and I asked if I can take two (2) small ones with different flavors and I was told yes. I arrived in the morning to pick up my order and I asked for the cream cheese and I was surprised to hear that there is additional charge for that furthermore the price I was given over the phone is a "week day" price and the girl that took my order made a mistake....after a few minutes of going back and forth with the guy at the counter the girl that took my call and placed the order came out and said "I took your order I made a mistake and there is nothing I can do about it" and she processed out of the store and walked in to the Starbucks next door as if I don't care what happens.....I ended up paying a lot more than I was told and I had to pay additional for the cream cheese....the staff did not care at all about customer service.....never again will I go in to that store!
