Stay away from this window brand had it on for one week and the window cracked and so they won’t have to pay for it the lady told me it was an impact and that it wasn’t stress related that the warranty wouldn’t cover it I don’t swear on either of my kids but I do it wasn’t an impact it’s a factory default and they don’t care stay away

Are you talking about one window where both sash slide or a twin unit with an integral frame? Crystal does make a sliding window where both sash operate. In aluminum and vinyl.
Yes all they have to do is pop off the moldings and replace the insulated glass that's broken
Crystal Windows only manufacturs windows and doors. You need to have a contractor install the windows and doors, they make.

They give you 2 weeks to up to a month but they will tell you right away when they will deliver the wimdows.
