I've gone with this parking service multiple times and it keeps getting slower and slower. They do have some of the best rates for parking, and I've never had a problem finding a spot in their lot. The biggest issue is it seems they only have 1, maybe 2 shuttles. I've waited anywhere from 5 minutes to 45 minutes for a shuttle. I am currently writing thus at terminal 2, where I've been for over an hour waiting for a shuttle. Think I'll take that as a clue to use a different service.

Very dissatisfied with their service. It started wrong, and it ended wrong. Unfriendly, abusive staff. I have a suspicion they don't know what they are doing. I came early to park to avoid problems. The printout reservation bar code would not open the gate. Take a ticket they told me. We are updating our system. I took a ticket and thanked the "Security guy" who was so "kind". On the return at 10:30 PM, after 20 hr flight, the gate wouldn't open with their assigned ticket. A lady came to "Help me" but was obnoxious and blamed me for being rude. The same security masked guy came and threatened me with violence. I said I'm not afraid of him. If you touch me, you go straight to hospital. Open the gate and let me out. I told them if I need to pay a difference let me pay it, but pls open the door. I will not come again to use your services. The lady manipulated something on their system. I went back to my car, I was unable to do a reverse because the very tight place... I inserted the ticket and the gate opened. Do not use this Parking service. You have been forwarned. Do not get the same frustrations I got. Thank you !

Don't waste your money here. Service is horrific at Spectrum LAX Parking. They would quote you a low price, then in the end, your final charge would be much higher because they'd add "hidden fees". The shuttle service from LAX terminals is very unreliable. The garage structure itself is filthy and unsafe. The parking attendants can be quite rude and unprofessional. And if you reach out to the corporate office, you'd get frustrating runarounds. Airport Spectrum is owned by SP+ (spplus.com). Those idiots who are on the executive teams obviously do not care about customer service. So, spend a few more bucks on other parking company around LAX to keep you from having the unpleasant, frustrating, and disappointing experience from Spectrum parking!

It's obvious that Airport parking is an afterthought at this facility. The signage for prepaid airport parking is very poor. The entire structure is setup with double loaded spaces and appears to be stripped for attendant parking, but their aren't any attendants. In fact, even trying to get information or help was difficult as there was only one person at an information desk in the building lobby who could only provide vague responses that were difficult to understand. The shuttle service was an experience in itself! We definitely had to wait over 30 minutes for a shuttle. Our shuttle driver was great 👍, very helpful with luggage and he gave clear and concise instructions which included telling each travel where their pickup location would be for their return. Listening to him on the radio while en route to the terminal it was obvious that the service was poorly run and the person in the dispatch office wasn't very bright. Additionally, the shuttle wasn't dedicated to our parking garage, so when he arrived his shuttle was nearly full and he had to leave some people behind.

No..make sure you don't block anyone and keep the ticket stub with you
Check the internet is cheaper, but you will pay in advance
The shuttle at LAX picks up in the upper level, departures. LAX has signs by the curb which say Hotel and Parking Shuttle. The shuttle will only stop at these signs.
Yes. Go see the cashier on the Lobby level to use Google Pay or Apple Pay.
How long you might need to be at this particular place, if you might stay longer is more affordable
the only place that I know of that would allow for oversize motorhomes is at the end of the airport on dockweiler Beach! Dockweiler Beach is a State Beach has fire pits, bathroom facilities, showers, but it's not free.. I think it might cost $23 a night but I'm not sure it's been a few years since I priced it!
The C lot is always full! You have call them to pick you up but I've never had a problem
$16.50 per 24 hour period for INDOOR parking with free courier service 24 hours a day 7 days a week! The C lot is ALWAYS full! I have never been able to use the C lot and I am at LAX at least once a week.
I think you are asking if you can park a large vehicle. Our valet should be able to accommodate you.
Yepe, they have it,go for
Cash and or cerdit
$17 a day for self park, used to be $13 but they raised the price
Off-site car rental companies meet arriving customers under the purple sign "Rental Car Shuttles" on the Lower/Arrivals Level islands outside baggage claim... Frequent, courtesy shuttle service is provided between terminals to assist travelers in getting from one terminal to another for airline connections (A Route); and available to transport passengers to and from LAX Parking Lot C (C Route). Shuttle service is also provided to and from the Metro Rail Green Line Aviation Station (G Route). To use our shuttle service, travelers should board the LAX Shuttle under the LAX Shuttle & Airline Connections blue sign on the Lower/Arrivals Level islands in front of each terminal.
Question, did you purchase with Groupon maybe, if you purchase by email contact to whom you have the transaction done.
