I have a single hung twin crystal window that has the upper fixed sash window cracked. This just happened. Can this sash be replaced? The windows were just installed a month ago.

Yes all they have to do is pop off the moldings and replace the insulated glass that's broken

Yes. I believe crystal would just send a new piece of insulated glass and you can re glaze the top sash with the new insulated glass unit it's pretty easy.
