Waited close to an hour for pickup. Watched as one shuttle left 4 parties stranded and not stopping to tell us if someone else was coming. Over hour wait for pickup… how much is your time worth? Avoid… pay a little more and have a better frame of mind upon your return to the city.

The WORST Company: • Parking is fair • Customer service is trash • Shuttle service, the worst i have ever experienced. You will wait 35-45 min each way. I was forced to call a uber • Please Dont Park Here. This company’s service is Awful.

DO NOT PARK HERE! Pay a few dollars more it’s worth it. Horrible experience. Booked 10 days in this lot at ParkOn.com because our usual places were full and their lot had good reviews (HOW?) When we arrived there was a sign that said “lot full” and there were NO spots in the parking garage. I checked ParkOn for parking at another lot right then and 405 Parking still popped up as “available”! WHY would they still be selling spaces when the lot has a “FULL” sign out front and there are physically no spots available? An employee directed us to park on the top level in a random spot on the end (not a parking spot) super close to another car (see photo). Couldn’t even get out of the drivers side, had to crawl out the other door. Wasn’t sure my car would even be there when I got back but I had a plane to catch. Upon leaving parking garage an hour later than my reservation I scanned my prepaid voucher and I was charged $24 for that extra hour! The maximum daily rate is only $16.25 or $2 per 20 minutes, why would I pay $24 for an extra hour? The parking guy there was useless and rude, didn’t even try to help. Claimed I must have come in a day earlier than my flight and just kept repeating “pay the machine pay the machine”. Not what I want to deal with after traveling for 20 hours. I will NEVER park my car here again!

HORRIBLE! Avoid parking here at all cost. I got back from vacation to see someone had attempted to break into my car. As of right now, the damaged is estimated around $600. The person at the booth was absolutely no help and told me to call the police. There were no managers, supervisors, or security guards on duty. I have filed a claim, but still have not been able to speak with anyone. Choosing this run-down savings lead to car damage 3x more than what I paid to park here for two weeks. Now I'm out $600. Keep your car safe and steer clear! UPDATE: After a week of hassle, calling SP+ (the corporation that runs 405 Parking), and trying to contact the managers at 405 Parking, it was determined that since I assume the liability of self-parking here, SP+ is completely free of blame, despite there literally being hardly any surveillance at 405 Parking. Therefore, the best I can do is share this post so others don't come back to their car like this - if the car is even there at all! Park your car somewhere with a valet!
