After knee replacement surgery I called Baystate to inquire about outpatient therapy and spoke to Michelle who was very professional and attentive to my needs. She scheduled my physical therapy right away. I quickly noticed how well equipped Baystate is. Julie and Jillian (aka the A team)always greet me with a smile and are very attentive to my recovery program.
