After diagnosing my car and footing a 3800.00 estimate (adding in oh u need tires and a headlight and transmission service on top of its your alternator thats the main problem) and paying the 129.00 just to diagnose.... i had taken my car to a friend mechanic to replace what they said was an alternator issue. Replaced part and turned out was NOT that at all. In fact it was overcharging and perfectly fine. Properly hooked to a OBD scanner the issue was found. Called nick in service back and asked how much that would be because only a nissan dealer can fix the real issue- he stated he did not want my business because i did not bring my car back to do work from estimate and he ordered parts. 3800.00 for bull**** i didnt need!! Thank god he was very rude and declined to fix my car! I will never go there i will make every review i possibly can on them and tell everyone i know. They are scam artists in service and WILL rip you off. Oh and i add...now my car is dead.

Great service today. I had an 8am appointment for an oil change. When I walked in I was greeted right away by Kyle. I also made him aware of some other issues I was having with the vehicle. One issue was my tailgate not opening/closing from the button on the tailgate. When my vehicle was ready Kyle let me know that there was a button inside my vehicle that turned off operation of the tailgate. This was great news, but what made it better was that he could have told me that I needed to replace an expensive part in order to get the tailgate to function. I really appreciate the integrity and honesty.
