Such a wonderful place right on the canal. Limited parking with plenty of handicap areas. Whether you're enjoying a quick bite to eat and live in the area or want to do a beautiful walk or run right on the canal this is a great spot. It's very beautiful there's places to eat that's within very close walking distance and overall a lovely pit stop. Bicycled west from Herring Run to railroad bridge in Buzzards Bay along the Cape Cod Canal. It is a paved path for walkers, joggers, rollerbladers and cyclist of all ages. A few benches along the route to stop and take in the sites and watch the boats pass. Fisherman can be seen fishing off the rocks along the Canal. This passed visit I spotted a Blue Heron and was able to take a picture. It is well worth a visit.

A great place to relax, by your self or with the family, you can do your exercise along the canal, they have picnic tables and a great parking area.
