Might suggest that the owners of this Lands’ End update their information on Google, where everyone looks to see hours of operation, to reflect their ACTUAL hours of operation. It’s more than annoying to walk up to see that it’s closed at 5pm instead of 6pm as they have advertised.

The people here are just so nice. The store is pleasant, and many items are good quality. Yes, sometimes you can get things cheaper online, but they do price match even though it's not the simplest thing for them to do (too bad the Lands' End system isn't friendlier to the store managers and employees, but they are super patient with it). I think the customer service here is just outstanding, better than anywhere else I've been lately. And things like kids' snowpants are better quality than other places.
