i have a 2009 Armada. One day there was a loud pop that i though was a flat tire, but it was the rear suspension. It no longer raises the chassis like it use to. The ride is horrible. What could it be?

Probably something suspension or bearing related. Call the dealership. They have great diagnostic services.
