Every step of the way ended up being a problem or had some form of delay. Throughout the wait time for the order almost every update was only known by me reaching out for updates. Once the vehicle finally arrived it took longer than expected to be prepped by the dealership. Once ready, it was consistently jumping through hoops in order to do the paperwork. Excuses were given every time whether it was because someone wasn't available on the weekend, registrations couldn't be done on the weekend, someone was on vacation, someone didn't come into work until later that day, there would be an extended time to get insurance swapped over, etc. Also ended up selling the vehicle outright at another dealership because they wouldn't match the trade in value even though business was given and being done through them and even had one of the finance employee's admit that was embarrassing. The salesman was friendly and the vehicle turned out as expected but the overall process was a nightmare. I will be in the market for another Chevrolet vehicle for my wife in the future but unfortunately I will be taking my business elsewhere and along with that will be highly not recommending doing business with this dealership to anyone that I speak with.

Best experience. I was nervous coming in, knowing my car was ready to kick the bucket... I didn't know what to expect and was desperate for a car. Every single person that works there is so nice and helpful, from start to finish. Jeff sold me my car, and even with so many factors against me he still took the time and made sure I got a safe car for a good price. Everytime I'm at Marty's for my oil change or something happened to my truck , Jill and Rick are so nice and they don't beat around the bush. There upfront and honest. I really like that. The whole team of Mechanics are tell it like it is people. Which is great as well. I can't wait for my NEW TRUCK FROM MARTY'S 👍👍👍
