Falmouth Toyota service department was great on a recall item. They actually found an issue outside the recall and are getting it taken care of for me. Thank You Falmouth Toyota

Best dealership ever!!! They are caring, genuine, and transparent. Go to Falmouth Toyota! (And bring your dog – – everyone was giving my dog treats and raving about my dog so my dog was so happy too.!)

Always, always courteous interactions with customer service and mechanic staff... They go above and beyond and have kept my trusty little 2014 Corolla Eco going! It's not always easy to coordinate their work schedules with the MV ferry schedules, but they have accommodated my necessary negotiations and provided excellent service for years!.

Brought my truck on for a clutch job - took them 3 separate appointments to get the clutch done right. First two times they told me it was done correctly & that all new vehicles/clutches would have that heavy of a pedal & slamming hard clutch engagement. I then brought it in a third time after the clutch started slipping at high speeds (I told them something wasn’t right). This third time the service writer said I needed a new master cylinder (even though I replaced it less than 6 months prior) because he said it had “too much play, it’s just too much play”; I said OK, go ahead. Then the service writer calls me up saying I needed a new “clutch ball” to which I replied “the pivot ball? You guys didn’t replace that when you did the original job?” Then I told the writer to order a new release fork too. I basically told the writer which parts to order. I honestly don’t think the master cylinder had anything to do with it & they were just trying to recoup some cash for a third callback. After spending over $2K on this repair and the headache of driving back and forth to the dealer to get this sorted I wouldn’t say that these techs are adept mechanics. It’s really a shame because the whole point of going to a dealer & paying extra, is for OEM parts & vetted techs. If you have an older Toyota I don’t recommend coming here for any repairs. Seems like all the dealer wants is the gravy - like overpriced lube jobs, brakes, & headlight replacement. Just to add: my CEL is always illuminated for catalytic converter/EVAP codes (truck is >15 years old so I don’t need to have it fixed to pass inspection) and when I picked up my vehicle the light was off – I figured they just reset the computer. The check engine never came back on so I scanned the computer myself and got all my usual codes listed above.. with no check engine light… Seems weird dropping off a vehicle with CEL on, and after picking up it’s not operating… hmmm… Either way, not only is my faith in their repair ability gone, but so is my trust.

Yes, Justin is still a valued member of our sales team. You can reach him directly at 508-759-1900 x2137. Thank you for your question Richard.
Google and youtube have this sort of information readily available also. It's easy on a venza though, turn your key on with the engine off. Set the odometer to trip then turn the key off. Press and hold the trip knob/stick/button and turn the key back on without starting the car. The center screen above the radio in the dash should show a few bars/squares and say "resetting maintenance" or something like that. Once the bars all fill up and it goes away the oil/maint light is reset!

If it's Toyota (Lexus is Toyota) they service it.
We are taking all the recommended precautions including social distancing, limiting the number of customers and staff on premise, wearing masks and cleaning surfaces between customers, as well as disinfecting the interior of vehicles in for service. Our dealership is also thoroughly disinfected each night by our dedicated team of cleaning professionals.
We do. Just let the Service Advisor know when you schedule your appointment. Thanks for your question!
Yes you can and it was a great experience
