It takes about 2 hours to be seen in triage,they send you back to waiting room for another 30 mins to an hour. So if you came in at 10:15-10:30 you do not get out before 1:00.They always say "oh so sorry" or we only have one doctor today" if you ask why you have not been called back....This is really ridiculous.

Worst place they have no personality at all they need a whole new staff the Doctors are alright but the staff is very nasty with they’re attitudes they need lessons in respecting their customers

Why can I never get through to reception. The calls are never answered during business hours. The doctor put in an order for contacts over a month ago. When I finally spoke with receptionist she said she couldnt find my records and practically hung up on me. Totally unprofessional.

Yes they do
They take walk-ins but no telling the wait. We walked in and waited about two hours only because they were one doctor short. It was worth it because most of the workers were very professional I must say. I recommend it.
