Positive: Last minute, as we were in the Groton/New London area and everything was booked. It was satisfactory for an overnight stay, although it seemed a bit pricey ($---), but fair relative to what we were finding elsewhere in the area. Negative: No unexpected things to complain of. Coffee maker didn't work but we could have asked for a new one.

Great value, very safe! They have a lot of cameras so your car is safe. The place looks much better than the pictures. Of course it is not a 5 star hotel, but it is clean and comfortable.

Positive: The heater and AC worked Negative: The towels are awful and already dirty. Huge brown stains all over them. The pillows are basically rolled up sweatshirts and you only get 2. I had to go to the Walmart down the street to buy towels and pillows. Also no hot water, ice cold showers are fun

Soooo disappointed. We go every few months and get the same room. This time it wasn't available. The room we got was awful. No lampshade, phone broken, and room smelled. The blinds in bathroom were dirty. Saw what I think was a roach and the bed was awful. Came in to get trash but never made bed. I know its inexpensive because it's a smoking room but for $162 there should be some level of service. All done. We'll be going somewhere else next time.
