They provide excellent waste removal service already. But, we want them to know they are our heroes for making our little 2 year old feel like a king on his birthday. Everyone we talked to was extremely kind and helpful. And Supervisor Larry was better than Santa Claus! The people at Republic Services of Boise represent what true community service should always be. They are the best!

Called to add a mattress to my pick up & a very rude Spanish guy said i couldn't add anything else so i hung up called back & talked to a sweet white lady who added it to my pick up no problem.

I have been on hold for "Customer Service" for 73 minutes and I finally gave up. The dumpster pick-up service has gotten so bad overt the past 2 months, skipped pick-ups, never came back after we were told they would, and such. This past week I have started calling to ensure that we will be picked up on schedule, every scheduled pick-up day. Now, they won't even answer the phone. In the past, we have called and were passed up to the supervisor for him to call. Never has happend on any of the dozen or so calls. I don't know if there is a supervisor, or he has run out of excuses, or hoping I give up calling. After so many missed pick-ups, they finally said they would credit us 4 pick-ups which is about a third of what was missed. These guys are in desperate need of a competitor in town. I don't know what is going on with the company, but things need to get better.

If they are paper bags we can do 10 if they are plastic as many as you can fit into your trash can
Holiday schedule. They are a day behind. So they will be working Saturday to technically catch up for Friday.

There are bins available at Republic on Executive Dr. between Cloverdale and Five Mile where you can drop off glass at any time. I recommend that you take it over on cardboard boxes since the bins can fill up quickly (drop it off in the boxes if the bins were full). I do not recall them coming to the subdivision to pick up glass (at least not our subdivision).
No the only time it will be delayed a day is on major holidays like labor day Christmas new years. They may have bypassed it by mistake or had a helper route and so it got missed. I'd give republic a call and let them know that you had your trash missed.

If they can be donated, find somewhere like Youth Ranch. If they can't be taken there, just put them in your trash.
You can drop off glass at this location. Trash you can take to the Meridian transfer station just west of Franklin and linder or to the Ada co Landfill on seamans gulch
No you have to call republic service to get it removed the trash, recycle and compost people will not pick it up

Recyclable stuff. So cardboard stuff, aluminum cans, some plastics can be recycled too..
