Pipe burst, elevator has been broken since the day we got here. Pool was closed the 1st day. Family vacation seems to have turned into a bad experience. 10 people 3 rooms reserved in advance. The boys room was already occupied...so much for ajoining rooms.... a little notice of the conditions would have been nice. When we arrived there was no help with getting our luggage up 4 flights of stairs. Not even directions of where the stairwells were!!! Had to go get extra bedding ourselves. This place was so nice when my son and I stayed here when we participated in the Thanksgiving Hometown events for many years. The only reason i suggested it. Very rude woman on the front desk during the day. If you can tolerate the condition of the place....breakfast is pretty good, the only highlight of the stay. If you stay here, I would suggest doing so during the Hometown events. They are on their toes when channel 5 news stays here during that time. Very disappointing 😞

I have called 5 times. About a $65 bathing suit that they originally called us about. I have left messages with what appears to be all the front desk staff and the front desk manager. She apologized because she was out with covid. But they all said they will look into it and never call me back. The manager said it was shipped but couldn't find the information was supposed to check and return my call. It's not been 1.5 months and still nothing. So they either stole it or didn't mail it and lost it, and are too chicken sh'* to do the least amount possible and just return a call. This just shows how the business is run, and how little they care about their guests. I travel for work and will be back to Plymouth, but will never stay at this place ever again.

We had our wedding guests, as well as Me and the Bride stay here. We have an 18 month old baby who needed to nap before the wedding, our house was chaos with the girls getting ready and the baby was not able to sleep. We called Lindsey and the Hampton Inn and they allowed me to check in very early, my son got to nap and was smiling for the pictures later that day. The entire staff was wonderful.

Super clean! Nice rooms! Fantastic breakfast! Amazing, Friendly staff! Great location!!! I was traveling with 3 of my grandkids so I was concerned about locations when picking a hotel. I could not have felt safer!!! They are all very picky eaters but they loved the breakfast! I almost didn't book with Hampton because I had stayed at one in Cincinnati in March and the staff acted like we ruined their day by being a customer. That was definitely not the case in the Plymouth Hampton!!!! I didn't want to leave! Thank you to everyone who helped making our vacation Fantastic!!!!
