Leaving one star only because you need to in order to actually write a review. I am EXTREMELY disappointed with Visionworks as of late. I ordered and paid for contact lenses on 9/2/22 (well in advance of running out) it's been a month and I still do not have my contacts. It's IMPOSSIBLE to get anyone on the phone as they do not answer. I went in person to try to get any sort of information on my order only to be told that it's still pending (AFTER 4 WEEKS!?) I was told they should be arriving 'soon' and to expect a call from a Contact Specialist (SHOCKER, NO ONE ACTUALLY CALLED). I had to resort to ordering from 1-800-Contacts and got those within 3 days. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM HERE.

I’ve been trying to contact this location for weeks now to order contact lenses now, and I have NOT been able to speak with someone. Their stores closed at 5 pm, and that’s exact time I get off work. I’ve been coming here for 3 years now but I am DONE with Davis Visionworks. Ever since the pandemic, their customer service is lacking and you cannot get a hold of ANYBODY. I am taking my business somewhere else

You can no longer make appointments via email and they don’t pick up phone calls, so today they told me that the only way to make an appointment is in person. In the year 2022. I had already made made an appointment online two months ahead of time. When I arrived for the appointment, they told me I was not in their system. I have been going to this location for 4+ years. They said they couldn’t find my record at all in the system. They sent me home that day saying their soonest availability was the following month. Their system and their customer service is trash.

First time visiting today, Davis on Broadway in the Bronx, and it was a great experience! From the initial greeting, to the customer service throughout, pre-exam, to the doctor, to the assistance with picking out glasses, and checking out.... All went fabulously well. No upsale but honest opinions. Had an appointment which was honored in a reasonable amount of wait time. Just have to see how it goes when I return to pick up my glasses, however, based on service provided today, I am pleased, highly recommend and will return. 😊Will update posting if anything changes. - Amanda
