The employee was very personable, friendly, easy to talk to, and yet professional. She was very knowledgeable about her job. She explained different aspects of the paperwork in a manner that made the process informative but less. Boring. Upon completion of the necessary paperwork she asked if there was anything else and thank me for being a repeat customer.

The place is clean and the staff and very nice. This is my first time renting a storage unit and the friendly staff and clean facilities have made this a great experience so far! Any questions I had were answered, Getting a unit was quick and the app they use for the gate is super helpful! They also have just about everything you need to help move your things safely and efficiently. I am very happy I chose Westerville Mini Storage!

I don't know the answer to that, but the prices were very competitive and in some cases cheaper there. Great customer service also, I would give them a call.
