This place is bad. So bad. I'm at the end of my lease and I'm moving. For about 6 months my oven didn't work right. It overheated and would make the smoke alarm go off. Sometimes I got a code instead of it coming on. Maintenance came and looked at it but didn't actually fix it until it stopped working altogether. There's a leak from my shower/bathtub that goes downstairs. I had a small portable washing machine in the bathroom when they came to fix it one time (still not fixed all the way). They tried to blame my washing machine and charge me for the repair. The downstairs neighbors told me that leak was there before I moved in. The whole reason I had that little washing machine in the first place was because I had just gotten my to preschoolers back from CPS and it was summer and I was having a hard time taking them to the laundry room all the time when MOST of the dryers don't work anyway. When I got my voucher for a 2-bedroom, I had to go through the application process again and was denied because of my credit score. It's low, yes. But it had only improved since living here because I got my student loans out of default and some things had dropped off. I don't know how I ended up with the 1-bedroom in the first place. So I stayed in a tiny one-bedroom apt with two preschoolers. And today, I took $40 to the office to have it put on my laundry card. Went to do laundry card I only had $20. I've heard a lot about roaches but I've only seen a few myself. The apartments are tiny. The only reason I moved here was because it's the only low income complex without a waiting list. Now I know why.

Horrible place to live, DO NOT RECOMMEND. The girls in the office have no idea what theyβre doing. No one answers the phone. Maintenance takes forever to fix things and sometimes makes you do it yourself. If you get locked out, you need to pay for a lock smith. To have a pet is even more expensive. Horrible apartments.

This place only provides one parking permit per household and the rest of the vehicles that do not have a permit have to park in the unshaded parking, but there is not enough parking. And if you park where you're not "suppose" to your vehicle gets towed. I don't think its right for vehicles to get towed from your own residence, especially if rent is being paid evey month. Some Staff at the office are rude, and careless about complaints including the manager. I do not recommend living here.
