Moved during the pandemic. We weren't allowed a walk through before signing the lease. The drawn floorplan didn't not match the layout of the actual apartment. As for the apartment itself it's just obviously a really old building. Everything was rusty and painted over. The obvious problems were fixed when we initially moved in. Any aesthetic problems were never addressed. Parking is 1 spot per unit and all the visitor parking is packed all the time. I would have to say the worst part about this was when we lost a family member due to covid and had to move we could not get in contact with anyone from the front office at all! Myself and husband left multiple voicemails and never heard back. We were contacted by someone that managed another apartment building and we ended up having to pay for breaking the lease. No sympathy for losing a parent and still had to pay the full price to break the lease. The area isn't great as well. The front gate is always busy and people come and go constantly.thete are stray cats everywhere. And its just not a nice area.

This place likes to make their own rules and not run anything by corporate. If you have had any complaints try calling or emailing the corporate office to get stuff done. Trying to say my friends apartment is abandoned to terminate her tenancy when she was just on vacation.

I’ve lived here almost 3 years and I’ll say I’ve had more bad experiences than good. The biggest frustration I have, besides VERY limited parking, is the management. They don’t even let anyone know if they are going to have the water shut off. This has happened countless times in the last 3 months. I’ll get home from work expecting to hop in the shower and my water will be off. Or I’ll be in the middle of doing laundry and they will just turn off the water so my clothes will just be sitting there drenched in soap and water until they turn it back on. NO NOTICE. Not knowing when it will be back on. I try calling the office, during business hours of course, to ask about when it will be back on and why I wasn’t informed and NO ANSWER. It’s extremely frustrating. I will say Breah in the front office is the one person I can actually count on. She does an amazing job.

I was not allowed to look at my apartment because it was not ready yet so they show me the model and they also showed the apartments insurance company the model to. They made me sign a paper stating that everything was okay in the apartment, then when I got to look at the apartment, broken dishwasher knob bathroom water leaking and water knob did not twist red stains on carpet which they said it was paint then later find out that somebody was murdered here. I did not have a choice I need to live somewhere right now, plus I made all the payments of the gas water trash rent and insurance before I got to see the apartment so I was already trapped in here. They change my gate code 3 times so I was always stuck outside they told me that I needed to move my car around but I move it everyday anyways that's why I was always stuck outside. The manager is a big bully and if you rub her the wrong way she will screw you over.
