We had my daughter’s sixth birthday party there, and it’s a nice setup for that age! There are a couple of jumping areas for age 6 and under, which was appreciated. The whole facility seemed very clean. There is only one place they can exit, and it’s easy for parents to watch and keep track of littles. There were plenty of staff around looking after the kids. The communication before the party was helpful, including a phone call to go over all the details and see if I had any questions. It’s nice that the party spaces are actual rooms. Very spacious and comfortable. The pizza was tasty. The staff are friendly, helpful, and seem like they enjoy their jobs and care about the customers. One hour was PLENTY of jump time for kids in the 4-6 age range. Overall a great experience and very easy party as a parent!

This place is the worst. 100% do NOT recommend. My husband and I were looking for a place to jump, found this since it was close by. We had never been here before. On the website it says to book ahead of time. On the doors walking in, says book ahead of time. So that’s what we did. When we got there we checked in, put our stuff away, and went to look around at what our options were. Unfortunately we were not pleased with what we saw so we talked with the supervisor on shift and asked if we left (since it was still within the first 10 minutes and we hadn’t done anything) if we could get a refund. The supervisor assured us that we WOULD get a refund, all we had to do was send an email and she’d talk to the manager. Later got a reply that “the only thing they could do was a gift card or a different jumping time” and “all sales final”. Well 1)we had never been there so we didn’t know what the options were so we followed what their website said 2)communication is VERY lacking because no one in there seems to know what to do 3)any company that has to scam you into your purchase is a joke and should not be supported. We agreed to pay for the locker rental since we put our stuff in their but there is absolutely no reason that we shouldn’t be refunded for a service we did not receive, now wish to receive. Any reputable company would do that.

A Review by the kid. I am saying that this place is VERY dangerous if you have kids under age of four because older kids literally trample them. The other reason is that the cushiony thing that you are supposed to jump in is extremely dangerous condition, because it is not soft and kids sprain and hurt themselves badly. Otherwise the compliment is the place is a bid tidy.
