Love this place, staff is great, so are facilities. Don't care for the scheduling method, particularly the 60 min fixed length sessions (would like to be able to schedule in blocks of 15 or 30 min, I prefer a 90 min float on average and this always feel a bit rushed).

Great place. Friendly staff. I was not sure what to expect it being my first time for the sauna which was great and the float which was very relaxing. Planning another float soon.

There is no minimum age for visiting a float tank, but there are special rules for minors. Customers aged between 13-17 are required to have a parent or guardian accompany them, sign our release waiver and remain on-site for the duration of the float. Customers 12 and younger are required to have a parent or guardian sign our waiver and remain in the room during the float and should coordinate with the spa manager prior.
There is no official weight limit for using our float tanks. People up to 350 pounds have reported being able to float with comfort and ease in one of our float pods. If for some reason it simply doesn’t work, we will provide a full refund.
Not only is it safe for pregnant women to visit a float tank, it’s exceptionally helpful for soothing aches and encouraging recovery from pain and stress. Floating relieves tension in the muscles and allows you to experience weightlessness, recovering physically and mentally. It’s been called a must-have for pregnancy, and is highly recommended.
You can book a float at the same time as your friends or loved ones, but each person must have their own private room with their individual pod and shower. The floating experience is best enjoyed in privacy, where you can enjoy the perfect stillness in your own space.
Fortunately, there are many ways you can make your float center visit suitable to your needs. In fact, people with claustrophobia consistently report no problems with floating. You are always in full control of the floating environment, and it’s up to you whether to have the lid of the float pod open or closed, and whether to have the lights on or off.
When you float, feel free to relax and even fall asleep as many of our guests do. The Epsom salt in purified water used in the 10 inch deep float tanks is dense and elevating, allowing you to effortlessly float above the surface of the water. You can rest assured that a float tank is safer than a bathtub or an afternoon stroll.
We choose epsom salt in purified water for a variety of benefits. Epsom salt provides the buoyancy you need to experience weightless relaxation to soothe pain and makes your skin feel silky and smooth. Epsom salt is also rich in magnesium, which is important for promoting overall health.
You don’t need to bring anything with you to float. Towels, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and ear plugs are available in your private room as well as other goodies. Some visitors like to bring their own supplies such as a comb or hair tie, a fresh set of clothes, or a music device.
