Customer service is awful, front desk is useless they never have information on your file, they are all rude and can care less if you are being helped or not. And they never seem to “understand” spanish, when they are named Maria 😂🤦🏻‍♀️ HORRIBLE CLINIC!!! HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!

Had a wonderful experience the front staff went out of their way to help me solve my mail order prescriptions and they had no problem helping me with my issues as the other clinic was closed. BRAVO! Excellent Team!

This place is a joke , I had an appointment at 10:15 am , we got there at 10:03 and we waited in the waiting room from almost an hr. Just to be told that I need to change my PCP. Then I got to wait some more. I came in bc my daughter had a UTI and they tested her for strep and the flu and I refused to have her tested for the covid because they wanted to do that too and I told him no I came in here for a UTI. It has been almost 2 hrs now and still no doctor. 😡I will not be recommending anyone to come here and I will never be coming back. 😡😡😡😡😡
