This place is a joke!! If you care about your love ones or yourself don’t go here, I came here as a self pay patient to see dr about high blood pressure and even though my heart rate and blood pressure was through the roof the dr there refuse to see me sending me all the way to the stop six location because I have a pcp there . Long story short the drs there don’t care at all

Attempted to schedule a appt as new patient recent moved to area due to some healthy issues from previous location with incredibly good medical care (The Middle East, Kuwait, Afghanistan, Jordan, Iraq and the United Arab Emirates). The fastest appt is DECEMBER! They told me on the phone if I wanted immediate treatment go to the urgent care on 1500 South Main Street, after waiting for an hour or so we finally got to the waiting room where we were informed that while the clinic is in network with our insurance the doctors there were not and would bill separately off insurance. Long story short if you are a new patient with JPS you will need to lose your home in medical bills from their “Contracted Providers” before you can get seen. Terrible care of patients wellbeing overall based on this. Please note I never managed to see a doctor in all the time I spent on the phone and in the office, 6 hours of time wasted. -10/5 stars
