Waited over an hour for antibiotic shot given by MA. I had to call the front desk while waiting in the room because it took so long for the MA to come back with the shot. We don’t even wait that long to see a physician. Extremely unorganized with this process as a shot should be in and out. This occurred both times.

Dr.Erin Goist terminated care for my children because they were having an active asthma attack. Instead of her addressing their immediate breathing concerns she wanted to test them for Covid. My children have always had issues with Asthma BEFORE covid. Once they received their breathing treatment, their symptoms stopped. We received a letter today stating we can no longer return for care because I refused a Covid test. The doctors are nice until you disagree with them.
