Very frustrated and disappointed of the service provided by Kaiser. I have been having a back pain for over a month and they have not been able to help. I keep being bounce around between the urgent care, emergency room and primary care doctor. When I try to call to speak to my primary care physician I can never get through her and even though I leave messages for her never get a call back. I been waiting for over two days to get my pain medication and have not been able to get a hold of no one that can help. It is so sad that I have to be in pain and not be able to go in with my daily activities because of their incompetence. Kaiser really makes you feel like health is just a lucrative business and not about helping people.

If I could put ZERO stars I definitely would they wasted my time in that Kaiser instead of just letting me leave!! I went in for an appointment that had apparently been cancelled at 8am that morning I’m not even awake at 8am!! So I get up to kaiser they tell me it’s cancelled and that the doctor doesn’t even work at that location on top of that so I’m confused. Then they are trying to find me a new appointment even though I KEEP saying it doesn’t have to be today they schedule me for an appointment THE SAME DAY I’m thinking it’s around the current time so I go upstairs && wait for about 15 minutes only to get called into the back && have the nurse tell me that the doctor already has 4 patients and can’t see me today!! On top of that they scheduled me for an appointment for 2 HOURS later than I thought. So the nurse schedules me for an appointment for Monday which they should have done downstairs but tells me to leave my paperwork i went up there to have completed at the front desk. I go downstairs and she tells me to take the paperwork with me so apparently NOBODY here is on the same page with ANYTHING I’m so annoyed that they wasted my time and gave me the run around like that so if you can choose another care provider I would or even another location I would. Unless you have time to waste.
