Although we are not full time residents near this vet, we have lived half time near Timberland Veterinary Hospital for 28 years. If ever needed, we always knew we would take our dog/s here. Our minds were certainly changed today. Our dog had an unexpected seizure or stroke while out on a walk. I called this veterinary office and the lady at the office answered, and I explained our dog needed medical help and explained the situation. The lady on the phone calmly explained to me they were closing shortly and could not see us. I thanked her and got off the phone, and desperately tried to reach other veterinary offices, to no avail. I called Timberland Veterinary Hospital again, and the same lady answered the phone. I asked if she would please reconsider seeing us, as we needed help and were less than 7 minutes from them. She put me on hold for quite some time and came back and declined to see us, once again, stating they were near closing for the day. She gave me another vet's phone number, which is no longer in service. I could hardly believe the callous handling of this business. I will certainly share with others our experience and hope no other person in emotional/desperate need of a vet contacts this facility. We will forever drive by Timberland Veterinary Hospital on a regular basis with a very bad opinion instead of the smile we once had knowing a rural veterinary clinic was near. Never again!

I had been going to Timberland vet since 2010 with all of my animals. The account was in my boyfriend's name. The cat I still have has only ever been to that vet. My boyfriend and I are no longer together. I called and tried to set up an appointment to get my cat in to be seen, and they tell me they are not taking any new patients. Because the account was in my boyfriend's name I would need to set up an account in my name, and they aren't setting up new accounts. I am so disappointed in them. It just doesn't seem right. I had been going there for almost 11 years. VERY DISAPPOINTING.

Great place for OFA's! I travel from Auburn to get hip/elbow evaluations done for my Labradors. Brian is awesome and very knowledgeable about the process and he's great about reading the Radiographs and communicating what they are looking for. I will continue to come here for all of my dog's pre breeding screenings.

The vets and staff are by far the best in the world. I had a dog needing a c-section this morning. Me, my girl, and all 5 of her puppies were treated with the best care ever. I have been going to Timberland Veterinary Hospital for over 10 years and my pets and I have been treated with respect, care, and compassion since the day I walked in. Dr McDermott , Dr Harvey and the staff are one in a million. I have read reviews on Timberland Veterinary Hospital and I have to laugh at some of the complaints ( and there's not many) because they are usually from people who want things done when they want it. But the staff even in peak times at the clinic are courteous and willing to help any way they can. Timberland Vet has the best prices and I cant say enough about them! I wish my own Dr.'s office was as good as my pets doctors. Kudos to you all at Timberland Veterinary Hospital. You have been there for me in good and sad times and I will forever be a faithful customer and friend. P.S. If you guys weren't so busy with faithful customers your waiting room wouldn't seen so small
