What a wonderful, fun group of people! The guests as well as the Park owners! We felt welcome and at home! They did all that they could to accommodate us! For that I want to say Thank You! We would definitely stay here again if passing through!

Beautiful little RV park. Park hosts were super nice. Last second reservation before starting a bikepacking trip, they have tent spots, a very well maintain restroom, shower, and laundry area. Everyone was nice and got quiet around quiet time. Plus, benches at each tent spot, really nice to just sit and relax, and a very nice fire pit with plenty of chairs. Will definitely stay here again on my next bikepacking trip!

Literally the kindest people you could ever hope to meet! My husband and I had planned to boondock on our 101 trip, but couldn’t find anywhere suitable, so we found this place on Google maps, turned up at around 10:30pm, called the out of office number on the door and Theresa & Preston were just so incredibly kind. They let us stay wherever we wanted, and told us to make ourselves at home for the night. When we woke up the next morning, the views across the Columbia were incredible! The site itself is so clean, we were so comfortable and felt really safe knowing that we were on a proper rv park. And then Theresa came to greet us, with coffee!! She gave us a little tour of the property and was so welcoming and lovely. We really feel like we have friends for life now in Theresa & Preston. If / when we come back to the USA, 100% we will be reserving a spot on their park, and I’d recommend it to everyone.

This is a very nice well-kept RV park. Let’s start with the bad part first. The park is located off the 101 highway and can get a bit noisy during the day. However, this never bothered me or my wife and we had a front spot. If this is a concern ask Teresa the camp owner and she will accommodate you any way she can. OK on with the pros. The view of the river and the bridge is amazing. There is a small stream running throughout the RV park where you can watch the fish swim upriver. The laundry room is clean and affordable and the restrooms and showers are also very clean. The RV park is in a great location between Longbeach Wa. and Astoria Or. You won’t run out of things to see and do. Breweries, wine, great food, museums, antiques and it goes on. While we were there we had a problem with our tow vehicle that keep us there a few extra weeks and Teresa had no problem adjusting her schedule to accommodate us. Great people great park and we are already planning our trip back.

No flooding. The ground doesn't puddle up for too long. The creek doesn't usually flood over however gets pretty high from the winter storm.
They have parking spots for vans and RV's. There are communal fire pits. I did not see a parking lot that you sleep in? You should call ahead and ask if they have drive-in tent camping. I saw a grouping of regular cars in the west lot, but didn't look into it. There aren't cabins or anything like that of that's what you mean by "dry camping." Cheers.
