No sewer or handicapped friendly paths around to/in/out nor are bathrooms. Stalls to small for my equipment & me.

OMG ! We pulled into this place and it was like deliverance the movie. There were not people camping but living there like a homeless camp. What a fricken nasty dirty pothole filled muddy dirty lot. 3-4 cars per rv spot, so no room for travelers. This is a KM Resort ? What a rip off. Stear clear of this place !

Will definitely go again. Great customer service. Not any amenities and no sewer hookups or dump. That's why i dropped a star. Very clean park.

We enjoyed our stay. At first we were disappointed due to the lack of trees and being right in the middle of the city. However this was a nice stay and the camp hosts are super nice and very generous in their assistance. We would return and camp at this resort again. On real negative is their WiFi is very slow.

I have nothing to do about who rents. This is a 55 and over trailer park. There may be people in area that will rent a room but otherwise I have no information
Yes there is a large tent area in the back, however my in-laws stayed in one of the RV sites near us so they would be able to have electric hook up.
